BIG ISLAND FILM FESTIVAL WINNER! (June 2009)

Team Controller recently returned from the Big Island Film Festival in Kona, Hawaii with one additional piece of luggage ~ the Award for Best Family Feature.

Director Frank Michels, Producer Nansi Michels, and Executive Producer Allan Wood & his wife, Shirley, were on hand for the award ceremony held at the beautiful Hilton at Waikoloa Village Beach Resort. We shared good times with many fellow filmmakers, and a few Hollywood alumni, which made the journey to the Big Island a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Congratulations to all who have helped to make The Controller a reality ~ and this award is for all of us!
