THE CONTROLLER Wins Award at KIDS FIRST! Best 2008 Awards Ceremony

The star-lined event was recently held in Hollywood at the prestigious Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. The awards ceremony celebrated studio and independent films in 37 categories with over 100 awards.

The Controller was one of four feature films nominated for Best Independent Feature, ages 12-18. Also nominated was Aurore (Moving Pictures), Pearl Diver (Monterey Media) and When I Find the Ocean (Monterey Media).  The Controller was proud to have won a second place award among these wonderful titles. Frank Michels, Director of The Controller, was visibly honored as he made his acceptance speech, and applauded all of those involved who had made that moment possible.
